Refund Policy

At PK Violin Academy, we value your commitment to learning and respect the time set aside for your lessons. This Refund Policy explains our approach to cancellations and refunds.

1. General Policy

  • Refunds are not available for sessions booked less than 7 days (one week) before the scheduled lesson.

  • This policy is in place because lesson times are reserved specifically for you and cannot always be filled at short notice.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Lessons cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, at our discretion.

  • Lessons cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.

3. Missed Sessions

  • If you do not attend a scheduled lesson without notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency), please contact us directly. Refunds or rescheduling in these cases will be considered at our discretion.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
